Returns and Refunds Policy Piemont Jewellery

 

Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date the product is received, without providing a reason.

Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and sent back in the original delivery packaging. Once the returned item is received and approved following inspection, the refund will be processed within up to 7 business days.

Please note that delivery costs are not refunded if the product supplied was correct and in perfect condition.


Faulty or Defective Products

If a product is faulty or defective, customers have the right to request a repair, replacement, or refund within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

All faulty returns are subject to inspection. If evidence of misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised modification is identified, the item may be returned to the customer without refund.


Warranty

All products sold by Piemont Jewellery include a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery.

To validate a warranty claim, the customer must provide:

  • A video of up to 1 minute clearly demonstrating the issue; and

  • The original delivery packaging with the shipping label clearly visible.

Alternatively, clear photographs showing both the defect and the original delivery packaging with the shipping label may be accepted.

Piemont Jewellery does not offer repair services and does not operate with authorised repair centres.


Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic or aesthetic damage occurring after purchase, such as scratches, cracks, or broken components;

  • Damage caused by liquids, including immersion in water, even for water-resistant products where usage limits have been exceeded;

  • Damage caused by attempted repairs, alterations, or modifications by the customer or third parties;

  • Incorrect use of accessories;

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, oxidation, or acceptable battery degradation over time;

  • Stress testing or resistance testing carried out by the customer, including water or impact tests.


Exchanges

Once a returned item has been received and approved following inspection, replacement products will be dispatched within up to 5 business days, subject to stock availability.

If signs of use are found in returns submitted due to change of mind, size issues, or incorrect product selection, the item will be returned to the customer without prior notice.


Refund Processing Time

Refunds made to credit or debit cards are processed back to the original payment method. Please note that card issuers may take 30 to 60 days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement.
